About PPA

PPA refers to a series of polymer processing agent based on fluorine-containing polymer, and it can improve the processing performances of LDPE,LLDPE,MLLOPE，HDPE,PP and other resins while maintaining the physical and mechanical properties of basic resin.

Product introduction

Select the polymer which is matched with the resin applied to the processing process of plastic film as a carrier, then add 5% of fluorine-containing polymer, optimize the formula, mix and pellet with special process to obtain the master batch for processing.The product is mainly applied to agricultural plastic mulching film, agricultural film for greenhouse, packaging film and other fields, and it can improve the problems shown in film blowing process obviously.

Functional characteristics of products

Reduce the viscosity of the resin to be processed, improve the processing performance,reduce the energy consumption of equipment, and improve the production capacity. 

Remove the phenomenon of melt fracture such as water ripple and sharkskin during the processing process, and improve the appearance quality of film,such as transparency and brightness.

Reduce the fisheye generated in the process of film blowing or rolling markedly, including the fisheyes which cannot be observed directly by human eyes.Eliminate accumulated materials in die orifice, and reduce the surface scratches due to the problem of accumulated materials in die orifice.

Functional characteristics of products

The film with MLLDPE has uniform sealing fastness.Moreover,the reliability of linear fastness can be ensured, the dosage of MLLDPE can be in physical and chemical control,and the stability of bubble can be improved.

The surface smoothness of all kinds of film blowing or rolling film can be improved obviously, specifically the micro smoothness under the optical microscope; therefore, the transparency of all kinds of film, the brightness of printing oil, the uniformity of fine printing outlet and the layering of fine printing outlet can be improved.

The transition time of changing the color of product can be shortened obviously, and the stability for the color of finished product can be improved.

Due to the unique formula, the oxidation resistance of film product can be improved by inhibiting the thermal decomposition of oxygen during the processing process of polyolefin.

Processing guide

To take effect quickly after mixing the master batch with film blowing resin well during the production process, it is suggested to use the product by 3% of additive amount, and the dosage can be reduced to 1% in case of normal production.

When the master batch with PPA function is added, the effect will be shown after a certain of time of producing effectiveness.In this period,the master batch with PPA function will form a layer of dynamic coating between the inner wall of the equipment the die orifice. Generally, the time of producing effectiveness is about 20min.

Package，storage and safety

25kg/bag. The external package shall be determined according to the requirement of customers.

The product shall be stored in the light-proof and dry environment with room temperature.

The product is in line with the requirements of FDA21 CFR1 77.1520(America).
