PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

In recent years,coated PO film is rapidly recognized by a majority of users with its high transparency (low fog scale) and long-term antifogging and antidripping effects. However, in the practical application of the recent few years there have been some problems, mainly as follows:

1.The adhesion between the film of coating solution and substrate is not ideal, resulting in poor wear resistance and short anti-erosion ability;

2.The small holes on the film surface after corona treatment are not uniform which affect the effect of online coating.

Based on the above problems，we've developed a PO film-dedicated corona masterbatch to solve the problems PO film manufacturers encountered.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

The additive package of the masterbatch has a positive charge.so that the corona frequency is reduced from the original 50Hz down to 25Hz or so,reducing power consumption and also reducing the surface tension of polyethylene film from 70 to 40-42 dyne. By doing so the film surface after corona treatment will have evenly arranged holes with similar depths. So that the coating solution can be uniformly coated on the surface of the film，and thereby improve the bonding force and adhesion to the substrate. There is a significant difference between corona-treated masterbatch and non-corona-treated masterbatch. They can be distinguished by a corona pen or the frequency(Hertz).
