Production introduction

For the special black master batch for agricultural plastic mulching film tested for many times by our company, the main body is channel black with high purity, small grain diameter and high pigment,and the carrier resin selected is high-quality low-density polyethylene with good processing capacity; and therefore, it can be ensure that the product in plastic film has high dispersibility and high shielding property while maintaining good weather resistance and aging proof properties.

Application field

The product is especially suitable for black mulching film as well as the agricultural plastic mulching film in black and white or sliver and black.

According to the special requirements based on the application area, the product functions can be designed correspondingly.

Process advantages

The main process is banburying which improves the bearing capacity of carrier to carbon black; meanwhile, the carbon black can enter into the carrier more evenly.

There are also some improves to the process, such as the process of using double-screw extruder connected to singlescrew and banburying machine for banburying, then implementing banburying by using double double-wrist extruder or banburying machine and connecting double screw with single screw, of which the purpose is to improve the dispersibility of black master batch in the film product.

However, the existing process is still"kettle type", i.e. batching and mixing one pot by one pot, in which it is inevitable that the repeated operation of batching will increase the instability of product.

By communicating with equipment manufacturer and combining with the existing process features, we designed a set of new processes.

Product features

1. The appearance is shown in the form of a ball and featured with high glossiness and blackness.

2. The content of carbon black is reached to 45% and above.which is in line with the standard of first-class product in the market.

3.The dispersibility is good，and there is no obvious black gathering block by observing in condition of pervious to light.

4. Excellent shading effect.

5. There is no any oligomer and separation, and therefore the surface damage due to the educt can be prevented.

6. The heat deflection temperature of product is improved by5-10℃.

7. By comparing with traditional products of black master batch,the heat absorption capacity is reduced by 15%-20%.

8. The holing phenomenon in a short time when the black mulching film is applied to the ground can be prevented effectively.

Quality management and control

To ensure the quality product, we will inspect the products in different period of time.The consistence of melt index of the product to the standard(mfr=28-30) will be inspected through a flow rate instrument.The dispersion effect and shielding effect of the product will be inspected by means of the test of film blowing.

Package and storage
