The masterbatch is the dedicated masterbatch used for Yunnan fire rose greenhouse film, and it is a modified product as per the planting habits of local farmers in Yunnan. As farmers in Yunnan often use sulfur to fumigate the greenhouse while sulfur will accelerate the aging of the film, so the general film will soon burst in the process of usage, so as to bring some loss to farmers. The masterbatch of our company can make the film aging time up to 12 months, so as to meet the requirements of flower farmers.

Anti-aging performance

Usual formula is: Add 10% of the masterbatch to the film with thickness of 0.08mm, after continuous use of 12 months, the residual physical indicators compared with GB4455-2006 should be greater than 60%.

Usage guide

Polyethylene should be mixed evenly with the masterbatch, and then conduct film blowing. It should be mixed when required,which cannot be stored for a long time.
