Product introduction

This product is a processing masterbatch containing antistatic agent with polyethylene as the carrier (according to customer’s product material) and processed by twin-screw extrusion. The main purpose is to eliminate the static electricity in the process of use to prevent dust which may affect the normal use of the product.

Product advantages

Additives with small particle sizes and excellent anti-static effects are distributed evenly; the addition of the masterbatch does not alter the appearance of the product and works in a long lasting way.

Blown film, cast film, sheet, pipe, drawing and so on.

Mechanism of action

Plastic materials may bear static electricity upon friction or during high-speed operation. Static electricity will adsorb the dust in the air, resulting in the product surface covered with dust, affecting the normal use of the product, Some products may no longer be used normally because of the accumulation of static electricity.Antistatic surface active agents can make the surface of plastic products become hydrophilic, and some also have a conductive function. After adding antistatic agent and other additives complex, the product can discharge the accumulated charges in timely to achieve the dustproof effect.

Usage guide

Feed after mix the raw material and the masterbatch in accordance with an appropriate proportion; use upon mix, no mixture is allowed to be stored for a long time.

Packing and storage

Net weight 25kg; stored at room temperature avoiding moisture and prevented from sunlight.
