Product introduction

Polyethylene is used as the carrier; with special herbicides and other additives added, the product is then made by twin screw extrusion processing. lt is mainly applicable in the field of agricultural plastic film and can inhibit grass growth without interference with crop growth. At the same time, it does neither affect the physical properties of the resin itself, nor affect the product’s bonding, printing and its sealing performance.

Scope of application

The weeding film made with this masterbatch is applicable to large coverage on the following crops:cotton,peanuts,garlic,corn,potatoes, sugar cane and so on. For other crops a prior test is required to determine the use after non-drug injury; it is strictly prohibited in the greenhouse.

Processing guide

1. The weeding film made with the masterbatch is mainly used to control annual grass monocotyledonous weeds; if added according to the provisions and it has a reasonable thickness,the weeding rate shall not be less than 85%.

2. Imported and domestic LDPE and LLDPE resin, Ml:2,mixed with the masterbatch uniformly, it is recommended the maximum temperature of the extruder upon blowing is generally not more than 180 degrees.

3. Recommended amount of 100: 10 (100Kg of LLDPE resin with 10Kg of masterbatch).

4. To ensure the weeding effect, the film thickness ≥ 0.005 mm is recommended.

5. In the film production process, any filler material or renewable material is not allowed.

Storage

Placed in a dry place, prevented from sunlight;guarantee period of 1 year.
