About blocking (slipping)

The purpose of blocking (slipping) is to solve the problems during the process of film processing, and the problems are as follows:

it is difficult to separating the film when it is closed and reached to vacuum sealing;

Film blocking, ie. film cannot be separated due to the macromolecular chain around each other, wherein the macromolecular chain is generated from the large amount of molecular chains exposed on the surface of the film when two films are closed, and other problems.

Product introduction

Select the polymer which is matched with the resin applied to the processing process of plastic film as a carrier, then add the corresponding high-quality additives with antisticking function according to the use requirements of customers, and mixing and pelleting by means of special process to form the master batch with the function of improving the blocking and slipping performances of master batch.

Application field

The product is applied to the process of processing plastic film,which takes polyethylene (PE) as main material,such as the products (agricultural plastic film,package film) of which the problem of film bounding shall be solved.

Mechanism of action and physical andchemical indexes

After adding the functional master batch, a layer of film with good lubricity can be formed on the surface of the plastic products; in addition, a microcosmic concave and convex shape structure can be formed on the surface of plastic product, and therefore the bonding effect of plastic product can be reduced effectively.
