Background

In recent years, with the application of hydrotalcite in PO film, the gap between Made-in-China PO film and imported PO film is narrowed. The application of hydrotalcite in agricultural films has many advantages:increased penetration，slow release,heat preservation, and light stabilizer synergies. The Company started to explore the application of hydrotalcite masterbatch in PO film when PO film was imported from Japan in 2008.With continuous improvement, we've developed a more competitive product with lower amount of blow molding (50% lower than the other) and concentraion of up to 60% (in masterbatch).

Product introduction

The cross-arrangement technology weve designed is to allow the hydrotalcite powder to be cross-arranged in the resin to form an interwoven network structure in the film. The distribution is more uniform.In case of any external force, it will become a dominoes shape, showing a greater reduction in the value of fogscale.

Advantages

Compared to the commonly seen hydrotalcite masterbatch on the market, it is intuitively seen that the color is whiter than the film produced by the first-generation hydrotalcite masterbatch after a 50% reduction in the amount of masterbatch added;excellent processing performance, higher transmittance, lower fog scale value,improved insulation properties，and lower product cost because of reduced amount of addition.
