Watermelon is a warm season plant, which can resist heat but fear of frost, light based, requiring demanding growth environment so that the requirements of the watermelon greenhouse film are relatively higher. The watermelon dedicated masterbatch of our company is designed based on the special requirements of watermelon cultivation, which can effectively improve the film insulation performance.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES

In a well-sealed greenhouse, compared with the film of the same thickness, the temperature of the greenhouse film made of our company's masterbatch is 2~4'C higher. The early dripping effect of film adding such masterbatch is good, and the droplet duration is long，using adsorption slow release function of nano-material, so that the film droplet duration is longer than 5 months, accelerating the rate of temperature increase within the greenhouse under the sun. Anti-pesticide,sulfur fumigation,anti-back effect:it is a new anti-aging system combined with inorganic nano-particles and organic functional additives, which can effectively prevent and capture free radicals caused by use of pesticides, sulfur fumigation and high temperatures, to equip the film with excellent anti-aging property.

USAGE GUIDE

Polyethylene should be mixed evenly with the masterbatch, and then conduct film blowing. It should be mixed when required, which cannot be stored for a long time.
