PRODUCT FEATURES

1.To extend the life of the film, especially to ensure the normal use of the plastic film under more adverse environmental conditions.

2.To improve the thermal insulation properties of the plastic film.

MECHANISM OF ACTION

In the wavelengths of sunlight, about 5% is ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 290-400nm. lt is the main cause of aging due to light for plastic and other polymer materials because most plastics tend to absorb the wavelength range of ultraviolet light;and the ultraviolet radiation, though not much, may have a huge damage impact on polymers.It can lead to automatic oxidation reaction leading to molecular chain fracture and crosslinking and resulting in aging degradation, so that the physical properties of the polymer will be significantly reduced. Our Company adds additives that can inhibit photodegradation in the special anti-aging masterbatch formula. The film blown with anappropriate proportion of the masterbatch can inhibit and reduce photodegradation, improve its light resistance, and prevent the damage to plastic film caused by high-temperature burning, so as to achieve the requirements of extended service life.

PROCESSING GUIDE

Film blowing after mix polyethylene and the masterbatch in accordance with the proportion; use upon mix, no mixture is allowed to be stored for a long time.
